As part of a special report given on the English course INLG3102 of the University of Puerto Rico in Carolina, we decided to inform about what is Assisted suicide and Euthanasia. Our writing team is composed by: Israel Oliveras, Edgar Pacheco, Bianca and Yan Paul.
A mercy killing, better known as Euthanasia, is defined as "An ill or disabled person being helped to die or deliberately killed by another for the ill or disabled person's benefit." (Ruth Chadwick, 2005). Physician-Assisted Suicide, by the other hand, is to help a patient in hastening of death by a professional physician, knowing the patients case and information, and having received a petition from the patient or his legally responsible member to prescribe him a lethal overdose to end with the ill or disabled person's life. Patient can choose whether to drink it. This methods are only lawful in Oregon, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium

Well this method seems very scary and I do not understand how a person even if disabled, mentally ill or that science should not take anyone's life as only God and fate are owners of that act! For my part I never sign being a person in charge of family being killed because my conscience will never be calm.
